Product Description:Thickening or dewatering may be defined as the removal of a portion of the liquid from a pulp or slime made up of a mixture of finely divided solids and liquids.

Product Application:It is mainly used for the concentration of concentrates and dewatering of tailings in ore dressing plants.

Feature

Working Principle

The thickener is mainly composed of round concentration basin and rake scraper. the solid particles hanging in the thickener fall down with the function of gravity, the pulp in the upper turn into clean water, so that the separation can be realized. The slurry deposited on the bottom of the concentration basin is discharged by the rake scraper to central discharging continuously, and the clean water will overflow along the upper edge of the concentration basin.
