The discharge opening on the front side of the crusher is designed to adjust and control the size of the crusher opening in a timely manner, so as to effectively control the particle size of the crusher and reasonably balance the crushing load of each part of the product.
There are two types of direct and indirect methods to detect the crushermouth approach.
The direct detection method is the earliest, most common, and simplest method. The pellets (or plumb weight and lead column) are discharged into the crusher, and the measurement method is to squeeze the pellets, plumb weight, and lead that are about to be discharged from the crusher. The general hydraulic detection method of the column is to set the oil level to adjust the hydraulic pressure gauge at the discharge port. The oil level actually reflects the position of the dynamic cone crusher and directly displays the size of the discharge port; the electro-hydraulic control system of the inductive hydraulic detection method relies on electric control. The system, which is based on an inductive measuring gap or a rotary automatic synchronization sensor located on the top of the rotary, automatically measures and displays the rotary position and the size of the discharge opening. . The indirect detection method can continuously detect the size of the instant discharge opening, and at the same time adjust the discharge opening in time to realize automatic operation. But this method can only be used for crushers with pneumatic-hydraulic adjustment system and electro-hydraulic control system at the discharge port, and the main crushing system is used.
