Sand making plants include quartz sand production line, building sand production line and stone material production line, all of which could produce aggregates and crushed sand from limestone, granite, basalt and river stone. Especially we have rich experience for river stone sand making plants and sand washing plants. Products are widely involved in hydropower stations, building materials, roads, and urban infrastructure construction.
Sand making production line consists of vibrating feeder, Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, Impact Crusher (sand-maker), vibrating screen, sand washer, belt conveyor, water treatment system and centralized electronic control system. We can also add a separator to the line to meet specific customer requirements. We can set up production lines according to the requirements of various processes to ensure that the production line equipment has the best performance.
The operation of the sand making plant is as follows. First, the unloaded material enters the primary crusher for primary crushing. Then the materials are transferred by the belt conveyor to secondary crusher (Cone crusher) for further crushing. Then the vibrating screen classifies the discharge and the stones that meet the particle size standard are sent to the VSI crusher (sand making machine), and the rest are returned for down-spin crushing. Part of the stone processed by VSI crusher (sand making machine) will be made into sand, which will be washed into sand products. The rest will be further crushed into various qualified sand materials by the sand making machine.
