1.Select the corresponding flotation machine according to the scale of the factory. Generally, large factories should choose large chassis.
2.The beneficiation work is mainly to improve the concentrate grade, and the flotation foam layer should be thinner to separate the gangue. However, it is not suitable to use high aeration flotation, so the cleaning operation flotation machine is different from the rough and sweeping operation flotation machine.
3.According to mineral grade, PH, density, particle size, ore pulp and other characteristics, when the mineral is easy to choose and requires a small gas flow rate, it is advisable to use a mixed flotation machine, otherwise a simulated flotation machine can be considered. In this case, the mineral is easy to select, the density is high, and the input particle size is small, and the flotation column will be better.
