Dewatering screen is mainly used for tailings dehydration in the ore dressing industry, coal slime dewatering in the coal preparation plant, dehydration of washed quartz sand and ceramic slurry, as well as dry and wet classification, dehydration, de-medium and desliming of medium and fine-grained materials in electric power, sugar making, salt making and other industrial sectors.
Dewatering vibrating screen adopts double motor self-synchronization technology, universal eccentric block, adjustable amplitude vibrator. It mainly consists of vibration motor, dewatering screen, purge tank, vacuum high pressure pump, sediment separator and motor.Through the belt shaft resepectively drive two unrelated vibrator to do synchronous reverse operation, two groups of eccentric mass produced centrifugal force along the direction of vibration component superposition, reverse centrifugal offset, thus forming a single vibration along the direction of vibrating, so that the screen box to do repiprocating linear motion.
