Application:It is used to crush various ores and rocks with medium and above hardness (below 350 MPa), such as calcite, limestone, granite, river pebble, dolomite, bluestone, glass, cement clinker, iron ore, etc.

Feature

  • Simple structure: the machine body is of cast steel structure. The heavy-duty parts are provided with stiffeners and insurance settings to reduce the shutdown time.
  • Reliable Sealing:the labyrinth sealing device is adopted to prevent dust and impurities from entering the machine body, so as to ensure the cleanness of lubricating oil and prolong the service life of sliding bearing and thrust ball bearing.
  • Hydraulic system is used to control the size of the discharge port of the crusher

Working Principle

It is mainly composed of upper frame body, middle frame body (medium broken type), lower frame body, moving cone part, eccentric sleeve part, transmission part, hydraulic cylinder part and other parts. During operation, the motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate, the horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the gear, and then the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to swing in a circle, so as to realize continuous extrusion and crushing of stones. By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving cone, the moving cone can move up and down, so as to conveniently adjust the size of the ore discharge port and the particle size of the product. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also provides iron passing protection function. When an object that cannot be broken (such as iron block) enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder will automatically drop the moving cone, release the iron block, protect the cone crusher, and the moving cone will recover automatically after the foreign matter is discharged. The crusher returns to the working state and continues the crushing work.
