It is mainly includes jaw crusher or hammer crusher,bucket elevators or weighing belt conveyor,transfer hopper, electromagnetic feeder, ball mill, Air classifier, Pulse Bag Filter, high pressure fan, air compressor, control cabinet and relative pipeline.
1.Crushing:The raw materials crushed by the crusher are transported to the raw material storage hopper through the conveying system
2.Grinding:The electromagnetic feeder sucks the raw materials into the ceramic ball mill evenly. Grinding high alumina balls obtain huge impact force through the rotation of the ball mill, crushing and grinding the materials into fine powder.
3.PowderSeparator: The crushed material is sucked into the wind classifier, and the coarse powder is separated under the action of centrifugal force and traction force. The qualified powder is collected by the collector, and the oversized particles are sent to the ball mill for regrinding by the screw conveyor. The whole process is in a negative pressure state, and the shape is a closed circulation system
