River Pebble Crushing Plant
Step 1: Feeder:The stone will be placed on the feeder.
Step 2:Jaw Crusher:The stone in the hopper are transported to the jaw crusher by a vibrating feeder for coarse crushing.
Step 3:Cone Crusher:The first crushed material will be transport to the second crusher(cone crusher)for fine crushing by belt conveyor.
Step 4:Vibrating Screen:The material has reached the granularity is transported to the vibrating screen by a belt conveyor and screened into four size materials 0-8.5mm,8.5-11.9,11.9-18.5,18.5-24.9mm
Note:It can adjust the discharging size of the cone crusher and replace the vibrating screen to get different final product sizes.
