1.Crushing and Screening
The screen mesh of the hopper is less than 250mm. The 250mm material enters the trough vibrating feeder, and then enters the first stage crusher, and the crushed material is transported to the moving screen by the leather shovel. Vibrating screens are used to sieve materials of two different particle sizes. The material larger than 20mm is transported to the second desktop crusher by the belt conveyor, crushed into 20mm material and then screened.
2.Grinding and Classifying
The ore smaller than 20mm is transported by the belt to the crushing bin for storage. A belt conveyor is installed at the bottom of the ore crushing bin, and the material is sent to the mill through the belt conveyor. Afterwards, the ball mill discharges the ore into the spiral classifier for classification, the returned sand returns to the ball mill for regrinding, and the filling part of the classifier enters the high-efficiency mixing tank.
3.Separation
The ore pulp enters the flotation machine for one roughing + twice benefit + three times of scavenging to obtain the final qualified concentrate
