Granite sand product line
Step 1: Feeder:The granite will be placed on the feeder.
Step 2:Jaw Crusher:The granite in the hopper are transported to the jaw crusher by a vibrating feeder for coarse crushing.
Step 3:Cone Crusher:The first crushed granite material will be transport to the second crusher(impact crusher or cone crusher)for fine crushing by belt conveyor.
Step 4: Vibrating Screen:The finely crushed stones are screened by vibration to produce two kinds of stones.The stones that meet the particle size of the sand making machine will be sent to the sand making machine,and the other part of the materials will be returned to the rock and back again.
Step 5: Sand Making Machine:Part of the stones in the sand making machine is decomposed into sand.The other part is sent to the sand machine for crushing to produce various sand materials that meet the requirements. ,
Step 6: It is washed by the sand washing machine to make product sand.
Note:The sand and gravel production line is suitable for the crushing of various materials. After being put into use, it has been proved that it can save energy by about 50% to 60% compared with the traditional sand making machine. Classification, low cost and good performance, can meet the different needs of users.
