1.Crushing&Screening
It adopts two stages of closed-circuit crushing and screening. The raw ore is placed in the mine and loaded with a forklift truck. An electromagnetic vibrating feeder is installed at the bottom of the primary bin, and a jaw crusher is used for coarse crushing. The crushed material is transported to the circular vibrating screen by the 1# belt conveyor for screening, and the material on the screen is transported to the cone crusher by the 2# belt conveyor for fine crushing. Finely crushed and coarsely crushed products are transported back to the vibrating screen together to form a closed circuit breakage. The under-sieve is qualified after the breaking stage, and is directly put into the powder ore bin.
2.Grinding&Grading
a closed-circuit grinding + lead flotation – zinc flotation process is adopted. The pendulum feeder installed at the bottom of the fine ore silo sends the material to the ball mill by the belt conveyor, the discharge pump enters the spiral classifier for classification, the bottom flows back to the ball mill for regrinding, and the molding process is closed-circuit grinding.
3.Separating
The spiral classifier sprinkling liquid enters the pump agitation tank with chemicals and slurry, enters the BF flotation machine for roughing of lead flotation. The roughing tailings enter to the second scavenging in turn, and the sweeping II is the lead flotation tailings. The concentrate from Clearing II is returned to scavenging I, and the concentrate from scavenging I is returned to rougher. BF flotation machine is used for two-stage scavening. The rough concentrate is divided into three grades of concentration, and the grade three concentrate is lead concentrate. The III concentrate returns to the II concentrate, the I beneficiation tailings return to the I concentrate, and the I concentrate tailings return to the rougher, forming a closed-circuit flotation selection process of one roughing, two-scavenging, and three-concentration.
4.Tailings
The lead flotation tailings flow into the agitation tank with chemicals and slurry, enter the BF flotation tank for zinc roughing. The roughing tailings enter the BF flotation tank in turn for three stages of scavenging The tailings of scavenging III are zinc flotation tailings, which are poured into the tailings pond. The concentrate from scavenging III returns to scavenging II, the rougher from scavenging II returns to scavenging I, and the concentrate from scavenging I returns to rougher. Rough Concentrate is Recreation Into Two Stages Zinc Concentrate, Concentrate in Concentrate II is Zinc Concentrate. The tailings of II beneficiation enter into I beneficiation, and the tailings of I beneficiation return to roughing, forming a closed-circuit zinc flotation process of primary roughing, three-sweeping, and double beneficiation.
5.Dehydration
Mechanical dehydration is adopted. The fine pump of the flotation mine is fed into the high-efficiency modified thickener, the underflow pump is fed into the reverse flow filter for filtration, and the filter cake is transported to the concentrate storage by the belt conveyor. The flotation zinc concentrate is pumped into the high-efficiency modified osmotic machine, the bottom flow pumps into the plate and frame filter, and the filter cake is transported to the concentrate storage by the belt conveyor. During the dehydration process of the bell concentrate, the filtrate of the thickener and the filtrate of the filter press function as return water and return to the system for recycling.
