1.Crushing and screening
Two-stage closed-circuit crushing and screening process is adopted, and the particle size is -15mm.
2.Grinding and classification
The first-stage closed ball mill is used for classification, and the classification adopts vibrating screen. Qualified products are then classified by a hydraulic classifier.The spiral classifier here plays the role of cleaning to remove impurities on the surface of the chrome ore. After being ground by a ball mill, the material will reach below 200 mesh.
3.Gravity concentration:
The +100 mesh and -100 mesh ores obtained by the classifier enter two hydraulic classifiers for specific gravity separation. After the hydraulic classifier concentrate flowed into the shaking table, the final concentrate was obtained, and the middle and tailings from shaking table were transported to the ball mill for re-grinding.
