1.Crushing and screening:

2.Use secondary closed circuit crushing and screening. A feeder is installed at the bottom of the raw ore warehouse.Jaw Crusher is used for coarse crushing. Coarsely crushed products are delivered to the warehouse through the Number1 belt conveyor conveyor. The product is sent to the cone crusher by the No. 2 belt conveyor for fine crushing. The finely and coarsely crushed products are returned to the vibrating screen. The underscreen material is the qualified material in the crushing stage, and it is sent to the powder ore bin by Number3, Number3, and Number4.

3.Grinding and Classifying

Adopt primary grinding classification. After the primary rough selection, the rough selection materials are sent to the secondary rough selection after regrinding and re-selection. The second roughing concentrate and the first roughing concentrate and the tailings of the first roughing are sent to scavenging (three times thickening and second scavenging). An electric vibrating feeder is installed at the bottom of the powder ore bin, and the ore is sent to the 5# belt conveyor and sent to the ball mill. The output of the mill is pumped into the hydrocyclone, and the underflow returns to the earth mill for regrinding, forming a one-stage closed-circuit grinding process.

4.Separation

The grinding fineness of -200 mesh accounts for 65%. The stream first flies to the high-efficiency bucket, and after being mixed, it flies to the 8 cubic meter flotation machine I for roughing. The bottom flow flies to the surge ball mill for grinding, and the discharge of the ball mill returns to the upper pump box, and then returns to the cascade classification with the rougher I tailings for closed-circuit grinding. Grinding fineness ~ 200 mesh accounts for 85%. The rotating device is set to fly to the high-efficiency handrail tank, and after dosing and mixing, it flies to the 8 cubic meter floating tank and chooses to enter the rough selection II, and the rough selection II rough selection bubble I foam products together fly to 4 cubic meters of air three-stage concentration ( 3/2/1) aerated flotation cells. 5.Concentrate dewatering

The flotation gold concentrate adopted thickener and press filter to dewater. The gold concentrate was concentrated by the efficient improved thickener and the press filter. The filter cake was the final concentrate with water content less than 20%, and was transported to the concentrate warehouse for stockpiling by the belt conveyor. Both filtrate and thickener overflow flew to the back pool and then returned to the system for recycling.

6.Tailings dewatering

The flotation tailings adopt cyclone dehydrator + dewatering screen + high pressure compactor + decompressor. The tailings are pumped into the de-cyclone, and the bottom flow of the cyclone flies to the collapse spring. Thickener, the underflow of the thickener enters the filter press from the slurry pump and enters the filter press. The filter cake is the final tailings with a moisture content of less than 20%, which is transported by a belt conveyor to the tailings pond for accumulation. The objects fly to the back pond and then return to the system for recovery.
