The sand and gravel production line configured by our company is a special equipment for producing sand and stone materials for construction. The stone materials are sent to the coarse crusher (jaw crusher) by the vibrating feeder for preliminary crushing, and then the coarse material produced is conveyed by belt.The crushed stones are screened out by the vibrating screen into two types of stones, and the stones that meet the feed size of the sand making machine are sent to the sand making machine, and the other part of the material is returned to the fine crusher. A part of the stones sent into the sand making machine is made into sand, which is washed by the sand washing machine and made into finished sand, and the other part is crushed again in the sand making machine to produce various sand materials that meet the requirements.
1.Coarse crushing: Jaw crusher
The large granite material in the hopper is evenly fed by the ZSW960x3800 vibrating feeder to the PE600x900 jaw crusher for coarse crushing , and the large granite can be crushed into smaller size.
2.Secondary crushing: Cone crusher
The material is sent to the PYB1200 cone crusher or PF1212 impact crusher through the belt conveyor for secondary crushing, and then the material enters the vibrating screen for screening and classification.
(The cone crusher is used for secondary crushing of limestone, with high output, which can meet the output requirements of customers. There is almost no phenomenon of dust flying in the sky at the crushing site, which reduces the pollution to the environment).
3. Screening: Vibrating screen
The crushed stones are screened out by the 3YK1548 vibrating screen into two types of stones.
4.Sand Making:VSI Sand Making Machine
The materials that meet the feed size of the sand making machine are sent to the VSI7611 sand making machine, and the other part of material is returned to the cone crusher or impact crusher.
5.Washing:Bucket Wheel Sand Washing Machine
A part of the stones sent into the sand making machine is made into sand, which is washed by the sand washing machine and made into finished sand, and the other part is crushed again in the sand making machine to produce various sand materials that meet the requirements.
